What We Offer
OTG caters to everyone from the grey man in the street to the serious athletes who are looking to take their game to the next level. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get fit or improve your strength, speed, power, agility, mobility or sport specific endurance OTG will get you there. We offer programming that is focused on your progressive development and acquisition of the necessary tools to succeed. Utilizing what we refer to as “semi-private training” our members benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment whilst also receiving the individual attention, guidance and tailored programming needed to reach their personal goals. In other words there are no “cookie-cutter” programs at OTG. This is one of the “secrets” to our incredible success and why it is impossible to “duplicate” us. There is only ONE OTG and if you love to train and you love the blatant raw honesty of it then OTG is the place for you.
